We try to be flexible with the way our Support is delivered. There are no fixed term contracts and you only purchases as much Support as you need.
Support can be delivered by: Telephone, Email , Screen Share, Remote Login or On Site.
Support is paid for by purchasing packs of pre paid time at our standard hourly rate. We do offer a discount for purchasing larger packs of time.
How it works
Each support call is logged in our system for tracking purposes. All time worked is recorded against the support call. We will provide a detailed log to you of how your support hours have been used.
